> Instead of paying to have your autumn leaves picked up, bring your CLEAN bagged leaves (*residential leaves only, no branches or other yard waste) to CCE-Tompkins during the 12-day drop off period. Gardeners and composters are invited to come and take away leaves on November 19th (10:00 am - 1:00 pm) to mulch garden beds and to use as "browns" for compost piles. Households are also invited to take up to 5-gallons of screened compost (bring your own container). Free! Master Composters will be on hand to assist and answer questions.
