Come join the first ever IthaCan Team Tomato event. We have a generous 10 bushel donation of conventionally grown tomatoes from Cornell and need to get them in jars and/or freezer containers.<br> <br> We'll can some and send some home for you to process on your own: can or freeze. Roxy has lent us the use of her 20 quart Amish canner, not sure how many times we can run it through in a 4 hour stretch, but what we can't can, we'll take home.<br> <br> The only cost will be lemon juice, jars and a $45 rental fee for the Varna Community Center kitchen.
