The Master Composters of Tompkins County will host the 17th Annual Compost<br>
Fair on Sunday, May1st, 2011 from 12pm - 4pm.<br>
The Compost Fair is being held in conjunction with the 4-H Duck Race, which<br>
takes place from 10am - 4pm at the same location.<br>
<br>
Compost Fair attendees will learn how to turn food and garden waste into<br>
usable and nutrient-filled material. Activity stations will provide hands-on<br>
experience and lots of information on the what can be composted, types of<br>
bins to use, how to build a bin and when to turn a compost pile.<br>
<br>Activities, food, plant swap, and live music promise fun for the whole family!<br>
<br>
The Compost Fair is free and open to the public!<br>
