It is not too late to sign up for the Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute's

two-day workshop on edible mushroom cultivation or just the Saturday morning

shiitake inoculation class.

We will inoculate shiitake, oyster, and stropharia mushrooms and discuss how

to successfully raise multiple harvest, including mushroom laying yard design

and the economics of production.

Sessions will be taught by Steve Sierigk and Steve Gabriel.
