Mike Danaher, New York State Assistant Attorney General, will discuss issues such as how a well-written lease protects both the tenant and the landlord, how security deposits are managed, when and how evictions occur, and what to do when needed repairs are not done. Information regarding local rental regulations as well as information pertaining to the lead-based paint disclosure law will be available. <br><br> <x-tab> </x-tab>Following the presentation participants will have the opportunity to consult individually with Attorney Danaher regarding specific issues they have been unsuccessful at resolving locally.
