<div style="margin-top:3.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The Ithaca Health Alliance (IHA) is seeking a
motivated individual to </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">develop and implement programs
that support the vision, mission, and goals of the IHA, according to the
policies and guidelines established by the Board of Directors. The demand for
the services provided by the IHA is growing and the successful candidate will
have the opportunity to shape and influence the growth and success of this
important community resource. </span></div>

<div style="margin-top:3.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The Executive
Director is the primary representative of the IHA for all contacts with other
groups working for the improvement of the quality of life and betterment of
health care services in New York
 State. </span></div>

is initially a part-time assignment</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">, at 24 hours/week. .</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></div>

<div><b><span style="font-variant:small-caps">The Skills Needed</span></b></div>

<div><span style="font-size:8.0pt"> </span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The
successful candidate must </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">possess well-developed project
and organizational management skills, including grant writing. In particular,
the successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to work with a broad
and diverse constituency, managing several concurrent projects successfully,
while continuing to perform the other required duties and responsibilities of
this position.</span></div>

<div style="margin-top:3.0pt"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Interested
applicants will possess a post-graduate degree in a health-related discipline,
management or human services field, and five to seven years of increasing
responsibilities for management and finance in a not-for-profit organization, and/or
an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideally, applicants will
possess a broad knowledge of traditional and complementary medical therapies
and modalities.</span></div>
