September 22nd, 2013, from 1-4PM</b> on <font color="#cc0000"><b>Plain
Street and <u>Clinton </u>Street</b></font> in the
Southside neighborhood of downtown Ithaca. Streets Alive! Ithaca
closes the streets to cars and opens the streets for safe,
healthy fun for people. </div>
