My name is Betti Lambro and I am stepping up to do my part for the Earth by beginning to facilitate Active Hope workshops in Ithaca!<br>

Active Hope is all about helping people process and move through our feelings of despair about the state of the planet in order that we be able to go forth and each do our piece of good work toward helping save life on planet Earth. Those of you who pay even
the slightest attention to what is happening in the world know that global climate change is making timely action so important! Even if you are already doing your part, this work can help sustain your energy for the long haul...<br>

I stumbled onto Active Hope at the end of 2015 and I have participated in three workshops in 2016. It is also called The Work That Reconnects and was developed and used worldwide for 38 years by Joanna Macy and her colleagues. <br>

There are two attachments: a one page description of the free workshops with dates and times, and an abbreviated flyer. If this information grabs you at all, please register for a workshop, forward this information on to others, maybe even print and post a
few fliers in places you frequent.<br>
