Miracle was born 3 months premature and is still in hospital requiring daily visits.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></TT></PRE><PRE style="MARGIN-TOP: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 14.4pt"><TT><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black">In addition there are five other children who attend local Bolton nurseries, schools and
college.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></TT></PRE><PRE style="MARGIN-TOP: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 14.4pt"><TT><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black">Flores Sukula is in her third year studying health and social care at Bolton Sixth Form College. Her final exams are only three months away.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>But if the family are moved to Liverpool she will have to drop out of her course as it would mean a daily three hour round trip and cost forty pounds a week- money the family simply do not have.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></TT></PRE><PRE style="MARGIN-TOP: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 14.4pt"><TT><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black">Yet none of these common considerations of humanity matter to NASS.
