[SSC] Budget meeting

Hi all,

If anyone would like to contribute to the discussion on the budget of the
SSC, Joss and I will be meeting on Tues at midday in the Atrium (Main
Building at the University) to start a first draft.

Sorry it's a bit short notice. This won't be the only chance to talk
finances but we want to get the ball rolling before the end of the month.

In the meantime please feel free to add cost items or notes to the budget
spreadsheet I sent round a couple of weeks ago.
