[SSC] SSC Digest, Vol 23, Issue 1

Hello all,

Many thanks for this, David. I'm afraid I can't make 6:30 (on the calendar it says 6:00), but will be there for the course at 7:00. We 
haven't had a larger meeting for a long time, and I don't see one scheduled this month. May I suggest that those at the meeting tomorrow -- 
and anyone else who might be writing in from afar on this occasion -- organise a get-together where we can discuss what is happening with 
the current Social Science Imagination course and dream about what else we can and should be doing with the SSC?

Also need to organise transport and accommodation for those going to the Sustaining Alternative Universities conference in Oxford on 
December 1-2, but perhaps that is a different discussion. If everyone interested puts a hand up, we can get in touch and do that separately.
