[SSC] New Lincoln Hackerspace in the making

I probably won't make the meeting, but in the past CYCLEMAGIC from Leicester 
(Simon) has been very supportive and suggested Lincoln is ripe for such a 
project.  Hackspace would lend itself well to a cycle repair/ building 
space, I think.
