Dear all at SSC,<br><br>We at OUCHE (Oxford University Campaign for Higher Education) are planning a big public event - a 'teach out' on Mon, Nov 28th both to raise awareness of the attack on higher education, and to galvanise people and get publicity for the general strike two days later.<br>The teach out will be in Bonn Square in the heart of the central shopping area of twon.<br><br>We have a working group meeting for the first time on Monday morning to start organising. <br>The teach out will definitely involve tutors and students having their tutorials out in the open. Bringing the university's education out from behind the high college walls is very important.<br>We'd also like to have a very similar set-up to the Occupation's 'Tent City University'.<br><br>Would anyone from SSC be willing to come and talk to/with the good folk of Oxford on the day - about the university, about SSC?<br><br>Thanks<br>Joel<br> </div></body>
