This (above) is a British policeman's blog: amazing and amusing: anyone
can post comments too.

I have been reading your latest messages containing ideas about the SSF,
and glad to see that the "principles" of non-hierarchy (horizontal) and
voice to anyone remain there. This is also a way of suggesting or asking
that a "Time Bank" might be discussed in next saturday meeting. Which by
the way looks extremely long (from 10 am to 6 pm?) Will there be more
than 2 persons if someone turns up unexpectedly say around 4pm? And the
principle of allowing direct, spontaneous action.

About banking, if any further suggestions were needed, there is this
bank advertised for organizations, charities and trade unions (on "Red
Pepper"): www.unity.uk.com

They might offer special benefits, i have applied for a normal current
account for an individual.

Back to your good ideas, SSF could include students, workers,
housewives, self-employed like myself... i am sorry i can't contribute
more at the moment, since there are so many things that still have to be
learnt, like why SWP seems to be "hated" everywhere, if there is a
specific trade union or association for self-employed, if a green map of
Sheffield could also include a route of places of worship (which might
be an interesting tourist attraction, don't understand why religious
needs are usually disregarded), and what has happened with the dlp
library project started by Alan (i think).

Thank you very much.

Amparo
