[Ssf] Cheery statistic...

  I don't know exactly how they made the statistic but my guess is that it 
is relativly low because they are counting people who died directly from 
weapons fire as oppose to including those that died because a medical centre 
was considered a ligitimate target or a power station (that powers a water 
treatment plant and hospital) doesnt count as a civilian target.  Most of 
the time much higher numbers of people die because the infrastructure is 
bombed as oppose to dying directly from the weapons fire itself.  And by far 
the biggest killer on the planet is dirty water.
