Here are some information about how to buy tickets for the ESF 

The first 20,000 people to buy tickets for the official ESF in London will 
receive a travel card allowing free travel anywhere in London on the 
Underground, buses and railways on 15, 16 and 17 October - worth about the 
same as buying the cheap concession ESF ticket which is £20 (the deadline 
for this was 1st October - but now it will just be the first 20,000)

London, as the one of the most expensive, gentrified cites in the world, 
suffers from a severe lack of living space. 

When you register you can get informations about acomodations.... cheap hostels, there may be a campsite (very far away), AND there will be some free communal crash spaces (church halls, community centres etc) for groups of people booking together.

The free accomodation for people buying tickets is on a first come first 
served basis - so if you are buying a ticket, hurry up and apply NOW! For
