dear Jon and Dan
can you please please give me a hand with the Open space
I send you what Mery told me can you please contact her and prepare a 
call for the space indicating where we can meet on Saturday with a map 
so we can translate it and send a call around
We can also have a room on Friday morining in the open space  as 
somebody suggested to see each other also before the seminar
The seminar I do hope will remain on Friday between 1 and 3 but not in 
the open space, it's in the main program

Friday morning I'm sure you can use rooms at Conway Hall.
Saturday you have that space in LSE all day - the blue one.
It's OK to 9.30pm and I'm asking about an extension in case
people really want to have a social - what do you think?
There may be several other parties going on - please advise.
I'm still putting the programme together, working late,
it's quite a struggle, but YES I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE it in
the official programme about  LSF meeting spaces.
Will do my best - I hope they will accept my stuff tomorrow.
It was all supposed to be in today but it just took too long.
