>  Black and Muslim communities are coming together at an event to share
their
>  experiences of what they see as the increasing unaccountability of the
> police force. In particular, they will speak out on the failure of the
> Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and the Crown
>  Prosecution Service to deliver justice.

>  Stop Political Terror,1990 Trust and the United Friends and Families
>  campaign will be hosting the event in Tooting this coming Sunday, which
>  will also look at the anti-terror laws and their effect on communities.

>  anti-terror laws. He was part of a 19-strong panel who had special
>  security clearance to act for suspected terrorists, including Belmarsh
