[ssf] G7 list?

Hi

I think it might make sense to spin the G7 organising
stuff onto a seperate list, this would make it easier for
people outside Sheffield to get involved (for example they
would have a easier list archive to follow!).

Also perhaps if this new list also is used for the G8
stuff it could be set up as a sheffield-dissent list...?

Shall we ask the aktivix list admins to set this up?
