Excellent work Dan.  No radical changes for me.  Draft 2 is better than 
1.  More exciting.  Sounds like we are about to change the world !

Have you had time to look at the Spital Hill Questionaire ?  I need to 
fire off a letter to David Shepherd asking for a meeting to discuss the 
planners co-operating with Spital Hill Local Voice and SSF in getting 
particpative research done.
