[ssf] Venue for 17th

Hia,

On a venue for the 17th open meeting: although the Drum is central, I'm 
personally swinging towards the Broomspring Centre, coz it's friendlier, 
has tea-making facilities, and if lantern people want to come along, 
they could be running a workshop too!  Which would be great...

Shall we go for that, do you think?
