Dear all,

If there are no objections, I would like to sign up SSF in name to a 
letter to the European Commission demanding a halt to the European 
practise of forcing wtare commodification and privatisation on the 
developing world.

I have been asked not to publicise the letter before 22nd March, so I am 
not attaching it as the list is open. I can forward it to any interested 
individuals, and vouch that it is a well written and reasonable statement.
