OK, I apologize for hyperbolic style.
Why don't we... submit proposals for actions, then?

A touch of mourning
This is my proposal:
Preliminaries: press conferences. press releases.
1. Apply ourselves for a "protesters' pen" or better "space and
structures" enough for xxxx number of persons and xx number of stages: I
mean actually making the applications before we are assigned a given
space by the city council. (better to plan ahead, as many here are
suggesting). Given the pen:
1. Get all the licenses necessary to manage: a music stage with persons
performing music (preferably funeral, for mourning)
2. Other stages for street theatre. Including offering of garlands
(funeral garlands) to all persons killed in Fallujah. You may include
other dead as well. 3. The entire circle surrounded by huge screens
projecting video material manufactured by urbanparanoia (perhaps)...
Pictures of tsunami...
4. Hundreds of black balloons dropping from hired aircraft.
5. Ashes being thrown for the dead.
2. Days of national mourning and general strike (workers) (i mean black
banners, ribbons, etc.)
3. Days of inactivity (no workshops, nothing to promote or celebrate the
summit).
Reason: the war. the wars ahead isn't this reason enough for displaying
death symbols?
Alternatively, provocative strippers (1 man 1 woman at least) to run
across pen with message written on black banner with yellow lettering.
This would render media KO.
