The Forum is a way for the people of Sheffield to express their opinions about the services provided by the Development, Environment & Leisure Directorate of the city council.<BR><BR></STRONG>The Directorate provides everyday services, which include: roads and footpaths, planning and regeneration, parks, libraries, leisure and cultural facilities and services that protect the environment.<BR>
