aid is doubled but impossible to get for most African countries, they should 

make them pay by conceeding as much as they can to the prerequisites. We should 

begin a "Make Them Pay" campaign. The World Bank, in company with G8 has no 

intention of paying due to the conditions they have set, so why not make the 

people realise that they can hit them in the pocket by making them
