<i>WINTER SURVIVAL STRATEGY</i><br><br>It's almost that time of year again, when the cold comes and people get escared to leave their house. Well we just want to let you know that Ste-Emilie is going to keep its heat on all winter (since we don't want a repeat of last year...), and so you should come get toasty with us. Participants will learn how to and be provided with the materials to make their own hoop! From there, the workshop will focus on basic skills like waist hooping, basic hand hooping, neck hooping, off-body moves, etc. Hoopdance is a great way to increase body awareness, coordination, and overall fitness.<br>

<br>More info coming soon!<br><br><b><br>-->Nov 28 - Bootydancing 101: Intro. to Fabulousity</b><br>A practice and celebration of positive body image and outward presentation of sexuality and sensuality through movement, dance, and decorative body arts, because, being bad-ass doesn't mean you can't be decorative!<br>
<br>Intro: group names/pronoun go-around, Facilitator intro., share my experience with performance, dance, and body politic. Share examples of my own homemade costume items. Set-up for craft time and blast delicious dance beats.<br>
First section: I would like to take time to craft and create individualized and unique costume pieces for the workshop participants to emphasize various elements of body or movement that expresses their specific interests and style. This can include: pasties for chests and/or boobies, booty shorts, booty bustles, tu-tu's, and props like: ribbon dancers, feather boas, fans, whips, body painting, etc. <br>
Second section: a brief fashion show of all the dazzling and glittery craft magic props and costume pieces we made. DANCE CLASS!: A revue of various booty-droppin', soul-shakin', hip-gyratin' moves instructed by me and practiced as a group.<br>
Final section: Use all moves learned to conduct an improv. dance revue and shake-down at the end until we collapse in a pool of our own glittery sweat!!<br><br>Max. number of participants: 10<br>Suggested donation $5-10<br>

<br>More info coming soon!<br><br><b><br>-->Dec 19 - Vermicomposting</b><br>Vermicompost, is composting utilizing various species of worms, specifically red wigglers, white worms, and earthworms creating the heterogeneous mixture of decomposing vegetable or food waste, bedding materials, and pure vermicast produced during the course of normal vermiculture operations. Vermicast, similarly known as worm castings, worm humus or worm manure, is the end-product of the breakdown of organic matter by the species of earthworm.<br>
