Sorry I got to the meeting late, just as it had finished,  as I was held up
at work – and I gather several other people couldn’t get there either –  is
it best to  all catch up at the training dates – our group has some
accommodation sorted now – look forward to seeing people on 1st or 9th -

Dear all,

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend tonight's meeting, but I did want to
report that Angie is looking into the camping situation. I have no
information about how many tents/people the campsite takes, but when I get
that information I'll let you all know. We are currently first on the list
for available spaces.

I'll also try to ensure that another 'arts affinity group' member is at
tonight's meeting.

If someone reads this email before tonight could they pass this information
on under 'any other buisness'. Thanks.
