[matilda] how about a food co-op?

We are lucky to live a short walk from lembas, but still find it hard to get
the big things home, or to be able to afford/store the number of bulk
purchases that make it worthwhile.

How about a Matilda bulk buy instead?

Plan A: Every week/fortnight/month anyone at Matilda can request lembas
items, pay for them and add some money for the driver. Then, someone with
transport (bike with trailer, car van, etc) makes the purchase, takes it
back to Matilda, ppl divy it up as per their order.

Plan B: Someone with LARGE transport like a minivan/bus type thing does a
pick up and drop off for individuals shopping together, who club together
for cases of food and split the petrol/biodiesel, once a month or so.

Benefits:
1. large cases of food/soy milk etc can get to your house.
2. ppl can split cases and share in bulk prices, who might not normally be
able to.
3. carpooling

Why stop at lembas? Or even food? This is a transport issue as well.
