[AktiviX] lists.aktivix.org: conventions?

this is the best solution i've heard. i'd like to second it and call for it
to be implemented.

i would suggest that the rule is: forward for a period of time [open to
suggestions on what would be a reasonable timescale], so folks get used to
it and whilst google catches up for example and then change to bounce so we
get everyone doing the "right thing".
