again, i think that is incorrect. as i already said, there was an
extended discussion about it. there were no blocks - but neither was
there agreement to host such lists. hence, the compromise position we
have (which was agreed consensually) of helping groups who were trying
to host such lists to find alternative providers.

anyway, i'm not sure that continuing the current conversation is
entirely relevant: there has been no request from aktivix for the
'bigplan' list - or any others - to migrate away and, as far as i know,
no-one in the collective has any problems with the continued hosting of
this list.

i'd also like to take the opportunity while writing this email to
express thanks to chris for all the contributions he has made to the
aktivix project over the years, particularly in the beginning when it
was just starting up. i wish him luck in his attempts to set up a new
activist tech collective offering list resources to such groups.
