well, just in time for the weekend, the report and draft proposal for a
metadata standard is ready!

it would be really useful if you have a chance to look at this, show it to
any relevant techies, ask any basic questions and then come prepared for
substantive consultation on Sunday 15th (Limehouse Town Hall, 4-6 pm). Sorry
the timing's a bit tight, but I truly believe that our investment in
engaging properly with this proposal now will save us all a lot of time and
effort later!
