Meeting - I agree with Steffen, lets try to meet up in the next few
weeks about the book
Report - it has gone to the reviewers now. I will ensure that these
changes are made before it goes online. I guess we just wait until we
hear back from the ESRC about our report. 
Standardization - I have been meaning to do some work on this, but I
continue to be snowed under with other thing. I'm sorry. When is the
upcoming meeting you mention? I must of missed this somewhere.
