self
defence class for women

saturday
6th October 2012
11am
– 5pm
Doors
open from 10.30am so we can get started on time. We have lots to cram
in, and won't be able to let anyone join in halfway through.

We'll
be practising a range of verbal and physical techniques,  
and
discussing our experiences.

The
class is suitable for women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. We can adapt moves to suit your body.  
We're
using the ground floor of the building, so it's relatively
accessible.  
If
you have specific access needs, please do get in touch.

We'll
take regular breaks throughout the day, including time to eat.  
Please
bring vegan snacks and treats to share, and a bottle of water.

We
recommend wearing layers of comfortable clothing you can move around
in.

It
would be great to get an idea of how many women we're expecting, so
if you think you'd like to come along, please send us an email
expressing your interest.
