widely as you can

Hi all,

As part of the Radical London Network we’re organising a conference on 
Saturday 8th June to see how we can all work together to create a better 
environment for our campaigning activities and bring about a better and 
fairer world – starting with London!

Huge numbers of us are involved in a wide range of struggles and 
campaigns, but at times we do our own thing and don’t get a chance to 
look at the bigger picture or find time to link up with others who live 
or work near us. Many others hate the present system but don’t know 
where to start to change things. So what do we do?

One thing we all agree on is that we need to start from the grassroots. 
Hopefully we agree it would be ideal if we came together and organise in 
our streets, estates, workplaces and communities over the issues that we 
find important. We feel we need to link existing campaigns that are near 
to each other, both geographically and issue-wise. And we need to try to 
develop local groups throughout the country, although for this event we 
are only looking at London.

So, on Saturday 8 June we would like to get anybody who wants to 
organise locally in London together to discuss how we can move things 
forward. Everyone has something to contribute and skills to share, 
whether you’re already actively involved with struggles in your 
community or workplace or are just looking for somewhere to start.

PLEASE GET IN TOUCH, STATING HOW MANY LEAFLETS YOU CAN GIVE OUT AND 
WHERE TO SEND THEM.
