This is what a yum install rpm-build spits out now:

Error: Missing Dependency: rpm = 4.4.2.3-2.fc9 is needed by package
rpm-build-4.4.2.3-2.fc9.x86_64 (blag)

and

rpm --version
RPM version 4.4.2.3
