[blag-whereto] BLAG website

Hello!
I helped a guy who wanted to download and install BLAG because the links 
on BLAG website are out. I think we have to do something for that:
- Informations about BLAG and the present situation;
- making links for download up to date;
- indications about the repositories, etc...
If we have access to the server and if I can have a login and a 
password, I could try to do something for that. If we want to continue 
the work we have to have new users and for that a website up to date.
