Sorry to hear about your job. I know what it's like to be in support,
(3rd level). Can be demanding at times. Is it possible for your to
back stuff up and tell me who big all the files are? eg
trac database = MB
foo database = X MB
etc etc

We could get trac up and running on another server or I could give you
brief access to one so that you could up load any relevant files
there.
