Well when a building falls over, they build it brick by brick.

What is done is done and now the rebuilding can be done.

Who is responsible for the FTP server?
Have they had the datacenter boot into it locally?
Is everything really gone?

Right now, we can forget hosting it and focus on rescuing files.

I mean until you know it is all definitely gone for sure, you can't 
really make the next steps.
