[blag-whereto] About BLAG

Tell me how to make a repo using the files I have on my computer and I'll do it. I don't have the most up to date copy of BLAG or the repo files but we can import updated from Fedora at first anyway.

I can post the ISO somewhere if needed but this was why I was mentioning having backups of the website/wiki/forum too. Decentralization = awesome.
