Ok I have restored to a verified backup last Wednesday. There was no 
data loss. I will update the forums now. I've removed access from a few 
global moderators who have not logged in for 3-4 years. I see no issue 
making inactive moderators have regular user access.

Tearms and Junichirô, keep up the good work. With you guys and myself, 
we can keep the forums functional and secure.
