[Cc-fests&FR] [cc-international] APE funding

It was £3000 for London. Also- if you look on the APE site you can see that
it has donated to CC a few times in the past. I reckon it'd be worth going
for the biggest level and then setting out all the different things we'd be
able to do with it, e.g:

Camp
Copenhagen Tour
Climate Caravan
Festivals Mini Camp
Etc etc.

Blimy- the lists have gone MENTAL today. Thank god for Googlemail filters!
