Hi
     You're right Alistair I am Gleb.  On how to avoid editing clashes; For most of the time I have been managing the website it has been just me so no problems, for a while I worked with Katie , we avoided clashes  by having a page where we entered time, date, activity, finish time. This was tedious but  worked. In my opinion too many cooks spoils the broth we need to trim permissions.
