[Cc-webedit] Coal caravan

Dear all,

I have made some changes to the website in order to give the coal
caravan more prominence.

I received a fairly frustrated phone call this evening because they
perceived they were not being given the level of support a working group
ought to have, and they need prominence on the website to attract media
interest etc.

I agreed so have made changes. Hope this is okay.
