[Cc-webedit] The Great Climate Swoop

Hiya,

Any of you guys got any ideas on how we might incorporate promotion of the
voting stages of the great climate swoop onto the website.

I have copy and images that could be used.  There are also facebook profiles
being created as we speak that could be linked to.

It would be good if this could have a prominent place, perhaps on the side
bar, to replace the Scottish camps button?

Let me know your thoughts and I'll send some graphics across.
