I sent round a link to a content map in google docs:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Ard3w9GsylpTdGxkZTd5SkREY09yZkZFbVdIeW92Z2c&hl=en
You should be able to view this as well as well as edit it without a
google account.
Hopefully, it should make sense. Every page is listed by level
alongside its preceding levels in the structure. Pages with "children"
are in bold.
No-one came back to me about missing pages etc, so i'm assuming this
should be a good start. There are some areas - handbook pages, legal
where we need to add more.
I think we should copy over most of the pages, but we should rewrite
the pages in bold. Also, the "past actions" pages are a new format, so
we'll need to write something for those.
I've added a column for "stage". If you want to help, write in here
pages that you're working on as "in progress" and then mark them as
"done" when finished - oh and add your initials to so everyone knows
who's doing what.
I think we should focus first on getting the content over, then on
writing the new pages.
So the initial stages we need to go through are:
1) transferring old pages we want to keep
2) writing the new pages
3) images, page formatting
4) home page
Incidentally, what's happening to the image libraries - are these
going over to hyperactive?
I'm heading out now, but back this afternoon where i can get to work.
I'll also be looking at this tomorrow.
