Alistairs proposals are fine but maybe one change, three hours for
changes on the list is maybe too short, five hours might be better
for major changes.

Re. new website:

The workshops menu is very pretty but not very navigable. A menu at the
top would help and maybe another one lower down to cover the
descriptions. I don't mind doing it. Should I wait three hours?

The search box leads to a Google search which at present gives results
on the old site. I know Google will learn but wouldn't it be better to
use fusionbot  http://www.fusionbot.com/  which  would spider the new
site straight away.

Having two columns the same colour on the front page looks bad, another
shade of grey would help.

Posts are already building up on website at ... , if we're going to have a
rota system the person who's duty it is needs to pay attention. It bugs
me that there are six posts there and I'm not allowed to do anything
about it.
