[Cc-webedit] [climatecampprocess] text alert system for swoop

Some concerns from me here,

we really need to discuss the swoop and how it happens as a whole group, here are all the swoop decisions that have been made so far:

-Immediately following the traditional closed group site take there will be a public swoop to the site.
This will be part of the narrative and pre-publicity advertising the convergence. This is subject to land
group concerns and capacity. CONSENSUS REACHED
-Camp will begin on Thursday 27th and to end on Wednesday the 2nd.This includes a day at each end
for week for the public to be involved in setup and tat down. CONSENSUS REACHED

as the site group is currently looking at practicalities of setting the site up in a day, and the land group are assessing swoop concerns and doability too, i am reticent to just go ahead and start up a text service, especially given some of the major mis messaging coming out of texts and twitter in the past.

by all means lay the groundwork, but as this is a part of our communication with the public, i'd be happier if it was agreed at a national gathering before empowering a small group to get on with it.

righty then, sorry to be critical, just trying to ensure we don't rush in headfirst without involving people in process first...
