sorry, don't know how i missed this. 
have same trial issue as jonathan. 
could do 4/5 july in leeds, or eves up to 26th in london. 
(sorry if i've also missed any discussions about location)

I think it's better to have a focused meeting of people who have expressed 
an interest in being involved in the website, rather than putting a general 
callout where you might get random people coming along that shift the focus 
of the meeting to explanation.

If we have specific areas of the work that we want to approach particular 
people to get involved in, then we should encourage them to come along. We 
can also possibly put a wider callout out once we've got specific roles 
identified.
