Hi,
I've got some thoughts on the website so will try and make this.
Is 4/5th the earliest that this could happen? We should definately aim to be as open and inclusive as possible but if it's at the complete detriment of sorting this out in a useful timescale then our efforts will be pretty much futile.
If we are going to be handing out thousands of flyers, stickers, badges and t-shirts etc over the next month at festivals such as glastonbury etc then we need the website to be updated over similar timescales to the production of materias that we will distribute, so that visitors don't arrive at the current homepage.. it's enough to put newcomers off!
sorry for not being active on this list and if these issues have already been chewed over... i've missed alot of emails. Please ignore me if i'm repeating whats been said before.
Also, would be great if someone could sign this address; falsesolution at googlemail.com up to this list please.

I think it's better to have a focused meeting of people who have expressed
an interest in being involved in the website, rather than putting a general
callout where you might get random people coming along that shift the focus
of the meeting to explanation.
If we have specific areas of the work that we want to approach particular
people to get involved in, then we should encourage them to come along. We
can also possibly put a wider callout out once we've got specific roles
identified.
