[Cc-webedit] Banner image for website

Hi all,

Amelia's illustrator friend has offered to re-purpose the postcard image
into a banner which we can replace the "Climate Camp 2009" image with.
Are people okay with this? It makes sense as we already have the
postcards.

Please register serious objections within the next 24 hours so we can
give the illustrator the go-ahead.
